Mission Statement
The mission of the Carondelet Housing Corporation (CHC) is to strengthen the Carondelet neighborhood by providing leadership, developing strategic plans, and building partnerships which result in the preservation and development of quality affordable and market rate housing.

Vision Statement
The vision of the CHC is that Carondelet will be a prospering city neighborhood of choice, one which respects its history and traditions while embracing its future, with quality market rate and affordable housing, well maintained properties, a healthy business climate, and a strong sense of community.
