Three adjacent vacant homes were purchased at the intersection of Minnesota Avenue and Holly Hills in order to rehabilitate and bring stability to a street-front. After the sale of the first house, construction began February 2010 on 6327 Minnesota, was completed and listed for sale in June. Rehab on 6321 Minnesota is slated to begin early fall of 2011.
